Helloooooo, I think if you are a woman you will totally get this post. My title says it all really, in about a week's time I will be attending the most important event in the SU world, our Annual European Convention. This year Convention is on home ground, is being held at the fabulous Addington Palace London. The place looks incredible and to say I am excited is an understatement. And while I still have far to much to do before I am ready for this event, there are a few things I have sorted, like my wardrobe (most important right? LOL), my downline gifts and a tiny bit of swap work done. And talking about my wardrobe, guess what I have to share with you today? A crafty video, but not one that you would normally get to view when visiting my blog. While during the day I will wear smart casual and comfy outfits AWARDS night is special. This is the night we all get to dress up to the nines and enjoy a fab meal in wonderful company, and watch those being recognized for their achievements walk the stage. I am a proper girly girl and I love clothes, make up, perfume, shoes, handbags you get the picture I am sure. I am also a fan of bling, a bit of a magpie really if it shines and sparkles I'm IN !! A while ago I fell in love with a pair of shoes, very pretty and with lots of texture just how I like my shoes but with a handsome price tag. Have a peek HERE, I was coveting the same pair but in black. I was all set to buy them but decided against it, once I realised that I really didn't need another pair of black shoes. So instead I decided to get creative and customise a pair I already had. I bought those shoes in Wallis before last Christmas, I wore them once at hubby's Christmas party then once more in Monacco this June. Well somehow I managed to damage the heel ( it must have been the one cocktail at an eye popping 20euros LOL ). So I set to work to transform them... have a look I am so pleased with how they turned up, I do still covet the ones in the link but that £150 will buy quite a few presents this Christmas. I bought my crystals and the glue from here . Now if you want to have a good laugh at my expense have a look at this post, Convention in Germany 2009. Till next time HUGS xx |

JOIN MY TEAM NOW!!!! Special offer for those that DO
Hello there, long time not see huh? I am a busy bee..
Do you know what you want for Christmas yet? In January 2008 hubby bought me the Stampin'Up! Strarter Kit as a belated Christmas present. We went away abroad that Christmas and we decided not to take any presents with us.
It turned out that it was the best Christmas present ever!! Becoming a demonstrator didn't start as a dream of building a business, it started as a way to get my craft fix at a discount. I just love what being a demonstrator brought to my life, it is richer for so many reasons not least for the amount of wonderful people I have met on my journey. Some of those lovely people become my customers some become my team members but most of become my friends. I am actively working this venture as a business now a days and I love every minute of it. I set goals and I try to achieve them and one of my goals this year is to build my team of lovely wonderful ladies bigger and stronger, which is why if you sign up with me and become a Passionette before the end of October I will offer you a FREE colour coach.
Next I am sharing some festive punch art demoed by the lovely Lindsey Mortimer.
Aren't those just FABULOUS? love those girlies to bits, thank you both for your hard work.
Bekka another wonderful Passionette designed this gorgeous album using the new Contempo Christmas stamp set.
I fell in love with this wonderful combination, Marina Mist, Wild Wassabi and Concord Crush.
We also made this simple box perfect to host a set of 4x4 notes and their envelopes.
Textured Marina Mist card stock was used for the main body of the box and the most gorgeous level 1 hostess set Punch Pot Pourri has been used to decorate the front of it. I love this stamp set mainly because there is a punch for every stamp, you cannot buy but you can earn it FREE with a order of £150, have a few crafty friends? email me to find out more about my workshop in a box concept. I can help you get this set plus more for FREE>
Thank you for visiting me, hope it won't be too long before I'll see you next.
Till then Big Hugs xxxx
To find out more READ ALL ABOUT IT then email me and tell me which type of demonstrator would you be? I am excited to welcome you to our big and friendly team, email me at telemech01@aol.com.
And talking about friendly teams here's more from our Quarterly Training Event In Peterborough.
We had some fabulous demonstrations by two very talented ladies. Jo Austin showed us the new scallop trim punches, she used the border and the corner to create some stunning masterpieces.

AND THE WINNERS ARE...........
Hello there, ooh I have so much to share with you not sure where to start.
I mentioned before that I spent last Sunday in Peterborough for our Quarterly Team Training. well it was my favourite event so far, we laughed and shared and eat so much on the day it truly was fabulous even if I do say so myself. I like nothing better than spending time with my team and fellow demonstrators.
Here's a shot of nearly all the lovely ladies that attended on the day. We made tons of fabulous projects and I have to admit of being a bit of a hard task master and rushed them along a bit only because I wanted to cram A LOT of product training as possible.
We made some wonderful business resources and here's some of the samples. I will share more over the coming weeks as we swapped some wonderful ideas.
But for now I will share one of the product training session .
We all made a baggie book using the lovely JUST BELIEVE stamp set. This is such a fabulous set I was already in love with it but I ended up loving it even more after I designed the samples for the book.
Here's the book all ready and binded complete with a topper.
Basically this is a resource for any demo to use at a workshop or any event and showcase/inspire customers with ways of using just one stamp set.
Here's first card of the five we made
River Rock, Basic Black, NEW Shimmery Card stock and the fabulous Spritzing tool Y_U_M !!!
Also you will notice I have used a lot of the lovely rhinestones on those cards, now let me tell you those gems sparkle like mad and they are such bright clear gems if that makes any sense, it these were diamonds they would be a D for sure. We all used the spritzer along with the River Rock marker, I also love this River Rock neutral colour, it is very elegant.
Our second card
Early Espresso blank, and four colour bursts circles. I love this, easy to make but very impactful because of the colours.
New punches the scallop Trim border and the Modern label one for the sentiment. Yep more bling on here as well.
Third example
Hot Summery combo, of Melon mambo and Pumpkin Pie. We stamped with the clear blocks from Stampin'Up! here to create an interesting background, simply ink your clear block in the colour ink of your choice and stamp down, FAB EFFECT this simple technique gives you, everyone loved it!!!
Fourth card in our baggie book
Oooh look at those yummy colours. Tempting Turquoise, Rich Razzleberry and Crumb Cake, lush. Here we got creative with our markers and coloured the white organza ribbon, how fab that you can create any colour ribbon you want with a simple marker.I love our markers there is so much you can do with them, they are my most use colour mediums.
Last but not least our fifth card
In Colour delight here as we used 3 of the new IN COLOURS, now those in colours a set of 5 on trend colours and each year we will have a different set and they will retire after 2 years.
I love them and here I have used Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzaz and Peach Parfait. Markers were used again to add three colours to the same stamp. The extra large Oval punch is such a welcome addition to our arsenal of punches is perfect for bigger sentiments or for creating little frames within a card.
I hope you enjoyed my post of eye candy today, I have far more to share with you over the coming days.
Till next time Big hugs Monica xx

Christmas has come early
Hello there OMG!! I am showing off today as hubs surprised me on our anniversary with a lovely shiny Ipad. I cannot believe it! I deffo didn't expect it and I am sooooo pleased with it!
So I am testing blogging from my new toy as well as showing you the card I made him.

Early Espresso,Cherry Cobbler, Pear Pizzaz,Old Olive and Baja Breeze.I have made my tree of LOVE by tearing strips of early espresso card stock, I love how the core is a slightly different shade of brown it adds a different texture and interest.
The tree top was made by firstly tearing a round ish shape in Old Olive then a few punched branches Pear Pizzaz and olive were added.
Small love hearts in cherry cobbler dotted about complete the look.
I have also used the new rub ons to spell LOVE.
Have a great weekend I am in Peterborough tomorrow for our team Quarterly Training cannot wait.

A VIDEO at LAST...............
Good morning how are you all? looking forward to the weekend? Is my wedding anniversary tomorrow and while I have to work/play a bit before lunch I am planning on having a nice day with my lovely hubs finishing off with a meal at my favourite Thai restaurant.
I have made this....
I simply love the new catalogue as you know and the samples in it are just fabulous, this project was one of the ones that caught my eye as I simply love to add as much papercrafting to my life as I can. I did started a conventional tutorial with photos and text and then I did something stupid and deleted my photos of the camera thinking I already uploaded them so I shot a vid instead.
Colour combo is BAJA BREEZE and EARLY ESPRESSO with a touch of whisper white of course.
I hope you enjoy it and will have a go at making one yourself. Till next time big hugs xxx
SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THE SPECIAL DRAW RESULT !!! Many thanks too all that entered.

NEW CATALOGUE LAUNCH EXTRAVAGANZA... ONE DAY LEFT
ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT FOR MY CATALOGUE LAUNCH EXTRAVAGANZA DRAW
To be in with a chance of winning a cool prize you need to email me your orders before 10pm tomorrow night. Read more about it here and GOOD LUCK !!!
Heloooooooooooooooooo. Did you miss me? I wish I could tell you that I have been on holiday somewhere nice and warm sipping long cocktails by the edge of a cool and inviting swimming pool. Sadly I haven't but I am having lots of fun hosting some fabby workshops for some very lovely hostesses and their guests. So is all go
I haven't got time to stop and create nothing with the new goodies yet so but I do have to share a few projects made with one of my fave stamp sets from the new catalogue JUST BELIEVE !!!
These were projects made for our team training last month ahead the catty launch.
Rubbish photos I'm afraid, this was our technique project and we played with watercolour paper and our fabulous markers, the effect is gorgeous and the combo really FAB> I used the colour coach once again ( I LOVE IT !) and it told me that Cajun Craze should go well with More Mustard and Pear Pizzaz, and it does indeed, very warm combo the ladies really liked it as well.
Pear Pizzaz poly ribbon and that wonderful lacy border punch, the new punches are yumm yum.
Second project uses the Contempo Christmas set
Again the Colour Coach suggested that I paired Baja Breeze with Cherry Cobbler and Soft Suede, and that's what I have used on this card. The small polka dot background was stamped in whisper white ink on the soft suede. Vanilla grosgrain ribbon bauble stamped in cherry Cobbler ink onto very vanilla card.
Our third project was a simple 3D desk post it holder that is showcasing the fabulous Greenhouse Gala designer paper.
I also decorated a plain pen with some matching designer paper and stamped the corners of the post it notes with the matching set Ornate Flowers.
Thank you so much for being patient with me and I will hopefully see you again very soon with some worthy eye candy.
Till next time Big Hugs xxxx

New SAMPLES !!!!
Hello there hope you are well. SO what do you think of the new book? Judging by your hefty orders so far you like just as much as I do. I have tons of stuff to share but not enough hours in the day to do it in, this post was planned to go up on Sunday!!
One of the first sets I pre order was the Artistic Etchings. Now I am loving the vintage influence at the minute with lots of layering and our catalogue has plenty of that in it. A style I definitely want to explore more even though is not my initial go to.
So here it is my first card made with new and fresh product
Cherry Cobbler the new red and one I have used on this card has got to be the best red ever. I love deep blood reds and this one is just perfect. My base is Crumb Cake and I stamped the medallion in the same colour ink YIPPPEEEE< I have ink to match this wonderful neutral I am soo happy as it looks so elegant stamped on white. The new lacy border punch just gorgeous and it has a matching corner punch that enables you to create square and rectangular mats, I have shot a video but won't share it just yet it needs a bit more work.
BLACK ribbon, I am so pleased to have black ribbon it adds that elegant touch and it can be used with any colour, I have used the narrow taffeta here it has white edging, just lovely.
My fave thing though is this newsprint designer paper, black and white with a selection of large and small print is truly scrumptious.
The wonderful flower was made with the NEW large flower punch and the leaves with the 5 petal punch.
I hope you like this little card as much as I do, if I was to make a card for myself it will look like this LOL
Till next time Big hugs and don't forget to place your orders to be in with a chance of winning some BIG prizes. xx
