Miss this... Bliss

Hello there and Happy Friday I bet you are looking forward to the weekend. My Friday is not so happy as I got home form work to find that my mum has been rushed into hospital today and might require an operation pretty soon, we are waiting with baited breath to see what tomorrow brings we will have more news after all the results of today's tests are in. So please send me some positive vibes.
I am sharing a card made with the beautiful Bliss set, I will be so very sorry to see this gorgeous set retire, it is so elegant and so very versatile.
Crumb Cake card stock Basic Black ink and Real Red ink for the sweet butterflies . Black Satin ribbon adds a touch of luxury and pearls are just so very necessary for extra glamour. This card took me 5 minutes, I still get caught by surprise of just how quickly you can turn a bit of card stock into a lovely looking card with a stamp set and ink. Now you might aske yourself what was the purpose of the sentiment punched out, well that conceals a mistake, you see I reached for the Crumb Cake ink pad and took the River Rock out by mistake, the colour on lid looked similar while the stamped image on my layer told a different story.

And I could have started again but by then the whole card was complete so I wasn't going to re make it even though it only took me 5 min. LOL> So Designer Label punch had to come to the rescue  LOL.
I really wish we could keep this set forever, I made some gorgeous wedding stuff using this set and I will share with you soon.
Hope you've got a lovely weekend planned, till next time Big Hugs xxx

Daffodil Delight =HAPPY colour

Hello there how are you? I know I have been a bit quiet but I ended up working full time this week and that always leaves me with little blogging time. I have been creating though and I have another card using the baby wipe technique, you re maybe sick of seeing them but I stamped so many images while I had all the supplies up and is a shame to let them go to waste.
Sharni's love for yellow has made me play a bit more with this gorgeous Daffodil Delight. I have used it in the ribbon and the designer paper, paired it with Basic Gray and Marina Mist, I am honest I would have loved to add Basic Black as I love strong contrast but NOT with Marina maybe with baja breeze or bashful blue. I am liking the combo I am just not wowed by it.

I have also used daffodil delight reinker and shimmer paint to colour my pearls. Here's a close up for you to see the coloured pearls.

I use a dauber to dab the mixture straight onto the sheet then once dry just pick them up and use as you wish. Right thank you for popping in I will update you all on Sunday again. Have a great weekend and till next time HUGS

Birthday Passionettes...........

hello and Happy Love Day...
I hope you got spoilt to death today by a loved one, I woke up to yummy chocs and a HUGE card, no flowers though so standards are deffo slipping LOL.
But today is all about shouting a few of my Passionettes that are celebrating their Special days.
Is Sharni's Birthday today and she likes yellow, I hope she still likes it this is the third year she has been a demo along with her mum.
I have used the Music Notes wheel, the Bliss set and paired Daffodil delight with Basic gray and basic black. I also used a mixture of pearls and rhinestones. The sweet punched border I made after seeing Vicky's brilliant card here. Satin ribbon in Daffodil delight and ink in the same colour ensure that my card has a coordinated look. Sharni I hope you had a fabulous day and you got lots and lots of yummy presents.
Hugs from me I hope you like your card.
Next I will share Annettes card her Birthday was on the 11. I love Annette to pieces she is fun and has such a kind heart, she is one of those people that get on with absolutely everyone you cannot fail not to like her. So i choose happy and bright colours for her card

Melon mambo Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive and the level 1 hostess stamp Because I care. I have used a mixture of inks to add colour to the bloom and I am so sorry that you cannot see the fabby shimmer on the flower head. I have used my aquapainter to add a wash of champagne shimmer paint then topped with pearls, what did we ever do before the pearls and rhinestones, I seem to use them on EVERYTHING!!!
I love the layered punched shapes for the sentiment this is a cased idea from one of my talented downline Karen. I LOVE our punches because they are so quick to add extra interest to your projects. Note the designer label punch used as a border as well. Hope your day was FABULOUS Annette mwah.
And then is was the lovely Jane's birthday on the 2nd, now I have to admit to totally screwing this date up I had it down in my diary as the 22 of Feb. I do sometimes get dates wrong and I have sent birthday wishes to girlies as long as a month before their actual birthday. Sorry Jane I had the card ready for you but was waiting patiently till the 22nd DOH!!  I hope I am forgiven. Jane loves pinks and I love this papers from the sweet and Sour collection
Is another twisted easel card in Rich Razzleberry ( I know this is another of Jane's fave colours) and pretty in pink. Now let me tell you something if you have these papers do me a favour and put them on top of a piece of razzleberry card. They go together so nicely the pink is not pretty in pink more of a mauve pink and it looks fab with razzle I love it and will be using it again for sure. The stamp is the Level 2 hostess set Fast and Fabulous, Happy Birthday sentiment from the Curly Cute set and  Sweet friend sentiment from the Hello You stamp set. Pretty in Pink satin ribbon and a scrunched up bloom made from same papers and using the Boho Blossom punch.
I also quite like the cute paper ruffle at the side of the main panel, made with the scallop trim border punch.
Jane Happy Belated Birthday honey, date is changed in my diary for future reference and hope you liked your card.
Till next time Big hugs xxx

Sweet Gifts for my Virtual Club members

Hello there are you enjoying your weekend? I have been working today and then packed for my class tomorrow    so I am here blogging before jumping into a hot bath and my pj's. I am sharing a few sweet treats I made for my clubs this month and the sweet treats I made as my swaps at last Sunday training event.
First my lovely customers that order from me every month each got one of these.
I love our sweet treat cups they are so versatile and so very cheap. Perfect for so many occasions I had to make up 50 of this babies and by the time I finished I run out of jelly beans( well I didn't run out I have tons left in purple green yellow and orange but they didn't suit the colour scheme LOL) so had to run to my local shop and buy some Skittles. The members also received a step by step video tutorial  of how to make this cute treat holder.
I have used Cherry Cobbler card stock Blushing bride designer paper and Old Olive ink. Blushing bride luscious ribbon and the PUNCH BUNCH stamp set.
Loads of them in this badly taken picture. I had some lovely emails back about them so I think they were well received :)
I have a new Virtual Club starting in March and there are 8 places left. How would you like to get a little product every month delivered straight to your door, receive fabulous freebies in the month you are the hostess, receive a free catalogue, receive treats and samples of products from myself and enjoy FREE and exclusive video tutorials straight to your inbox every month?  if this sounds good and you are interested in taking a place or even two then please let me know and I will add your name to the list. You can read more about it HERE .
Next my sweet swaps I made 50 of these as well... LOL
I have to say they took longer than my treat holders believe it or not simply because I had a lot of hand cutting, my hand did hurt by the time I finished but thank God for our new big craft scissors so much easier for cutting bigger areas than the much loved snips.
I bought those lovely heart shaped chocs in my local COOP and I knew I wanted to use them on my swaps. The sweetheart stamp set came in handy and it was at the point of having to cut them all out that I realised how much I love punches LOL. I did use the big heart punch to add a contrasting piece of card inside the frame them simply stuck the chocs on top.  I then glued this to some tall coffee stirrers, tied some ribbon at the base of the hearts, stamped and curled a sentiment from the Vintage Vogue set and I was done.
Colour wise I used a mixtures of pinks and reds. The pink hearts had Blushing Bride and Rose Red card stock and the red foiled hearts had Rose Red and Blushing bride card. I had stamped both colours with Real Red ink.
I love that sentiment.
Right I have a hot bath calling me and an early night as I am teaching this tomorrow morning, and then I am stamping with my team in the afternoon, woohooo.
Have a great Sunday see you on Monday with some belated birthday wishes for some Passionettes.
Till next time hugs xxx

Time Spent with Stampin up Friends..

Whoa... I didn't think  would ever get to talk to you again LOL. As you know from my last post I have spent this last Sunday with 50 FABULOUS friends, that's what my team and my fellow demos have become over my relatively short journey with SU GOOD FRIENDS !! And just like always we had a Blast !! apart from the fact that time is going too fast when we get together.
We shared so much on the day and I have left feeling totally inspired and energised these are fabulous women I tell you.
We had three fabulously talented ladies sharing wonderful projects with us and we also got to make a few more projects.
The first session included three projects, two cards and something to wear
This was our technique card and it featured the baby wipe technique, is a fab one and suitable for solid images like this Level 2 Hostess set Fast and Fabulous.
The colours used are Rich Razzleberry, Baja Breeze and Early Espresso.
Here s a close up of the flowers
We have used Daffodil Delight , Melon mambo and Rich Razzlebery re inkers
Next I turned to the Colour Coach for help with a yummy colour combo and this is what I settled on
Baja Breeze, Poppy Parade and So Saffron. I LOVE these colours together and this wont be the last time I am using them for sure. The card is a cute canopy and it was inspired by the many examples of similar cards on Splitcoast Stampers.
The third project couldn't be more girly or indeed cuter

Bekka found a similar necklace on the wide web and she set to work and turned it into this wonderful masterpiece. Since then I made bracelets, necklaces and even rings from our sweet buttons, I love them, so very cute, and I only wish I had  pictures of the ones the ladies created during the day there were some fabulous colour combinations !!!
we had two more projects in the afternoon sections but I can only show you one. A little accordion purse perfect for a gift.
You will be excused for thinking that this purse is not finished and you would be correct, you see we have so much to accomplish during those events and the objective is to get all the projects finished before we all go home. These ladies are all talented and creative demonstrators an I left the prettying up to their devices.
Bekka designed an exquisite scrapbook page and I will share some photos of it soon, it was truly scrumptious.
Here's a picture of the happy ladies and gentleman, I truly love our regular get togethers and if you are thinking of becoming a demonstrator and would like to join us at our next event on the 10 April then please JOIN MY TEAM and the Passionettes, you can get in touch with me at telemech01@aol.com , I would love to explain to you the benefits of becoming a SU demonstrator .

For now I will leave you with this video from the day, we had three very talented demonstrators who shared some wonderful projects with us on the day, they blew me away with their gorgeousness and I am so grateful they agreed to share. The video is a bit shaky in places but I hope you will enjoy it.Till next time Hugs xxx

Birthday Passionette

Hello there I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday !! One person that is sure to have a bright day is Alison one of my lovely Passionettes as she is celebrating her Happy Birthday today.  YAY!! Happy Birthday Ali !!
Their whole weekend was full of celebrations as  Ali's gorgeous daughter India (isn't that the most gorgeous name?) celebrated her birthday yesterday, I do hope that they have both enjoyed/enjoying their special days and I cannot wait to see them tomorrow at our Training Day.
Ali told me she likes blues and I stuck with Baja Breeze and the Elegant Soiree designer paper.
I have used Fast and Fabulous a FREE level 2 hostess set and used a technique I will demonstrate at our training tomorrow. Early Espresso satin ribbon and of course a monogram was added with the Broadsheet Alpha, I am so addicted to using monograms on cards right now using this super stamp set.
The card is a normal Z-fold turned on his head. It is kept closed by the raised oval element, and  the sentiment is from Sincere Salutations set.
Here's a side view so you can see the simple fold and how it all works.
So just fold your card blank n half then fold in half again back onto itself.
I hope Ali will like it.
And I wanted to show you how posh the backs of my cards look now a days.
This stamp was a Christmas present from Lindsey another much loved Passionette, she has made my Christmas this was deffo one of my favourite Christmas pressies.  I squealed with delight when I saw this little gem but I will have to give credit where credit is due, it was Darren, Lindsey's lovely other half that gave Linz the idea in the first place so THANK YOU  Darren!!! *smile*
Right I am off as I am busy getting ready for a FABULOUS crafty day with 50 of my team members and fellow demonstrators, is going to be a day full of crafty projects, useful business tips and lots and lots of LAUGHTER, I cannot wait and just like always I won't sleep a wink tonight. If you are coming I have a big HUG waiting for you..
Have a great weekend till next time Hugs xxx

Birthday Passionette

Hello there YAY! Is Claire's Happy Birthday today !!!
Claire has recently rejoined my team after giving it up the first time to pursue some different avenues. Unfortunately it didn't work out and she is back doing really well with SU and long it mat continue.
She loves Baja Breeze and I took inspiration from the current challenge on ILWS. Baja Pear Pizzaz and Pale Plum
I have used the gorgeous Bliss set free In the Saleabration and the monogram came from my fave ever alpha called Broadsheet. Sentiment provided by the Curly Cute stamp set and a lovely organza edged ribbon completes the look. I know I promised you a video of this card but half way thorugh my batteries died on my camcorder and I hadn't realised so no video I'm afraid.

A close up of the rhinestones topped butterflies, I really like this combo I hope Claire does to, and if you are reading this Claire Hope You're Having a Fabulous Day HAPPY BIRTHDAY honey !!!
Right thank you for stopping by till next time Hugs xxx
