ReplyDeleteCould you use surgical spirit in place of the alcohol you used?
Thanks
Edna
Someone in my stamp club showed us how to make a shimmer spray using only the alcohol and champagne mist shimmer paint. I was just wondering what difference adding the water makes... since she didn't add it to hers and you add it to yours. I'd like to make some, but now am not sure which I should do... :) Thank you for your help!
ReplyDeleteWe have just had the shimmer paint added to our Australian catalogue and I will now be using it to make your gorgeous shimmer spray :) Thanks heaps Michelle
