Valentine Sweet Treat Video

Hello there are you ready for the weekend? I am excited as I have a date with hubby going to see the King's Speach tomorrow and this weekend is his as I will be working the next one.
I am posting this a little later than expected as Blogger didn't want me to post today.
Last Tuesday we had our monthly team training, meeting is what we do every month and I love it!! It was the first meet of the year and I was ready to catch up with everyone again and we welcomed quite a few new members this month. We shared business tips, we ate cake, well I eat most of it as it was date and walnuts and nearly everyone there had something against those nuts, we giggled, stamped and swapped . Here's some of our projects, I designed two of them around a love theme.

This lovely Treat Pouch is so easy to do yet looks impressive, we all loved making it, looks lovely filled with a few sweet treats. Regal Rose Designer paper from the Patterns Stack in the Soft Subtle Collections was use along with a hint of Real Red provided by the Satin and Narrow grosgrain ribbon.

Next a card I totally cased from one of my favourite artists Heather Klump, this ladie's style appeals to me but is quite the opposite to what I am able to produce, she recently started bloggin and I am so happy to be able to stalk her
I fell in love with the colour combination of Rose Red, Concord Crush, Old Olive and Pretty in Pink. I did ended up adding my own twist to it. It is made using the Artistic Etchings stamp set and the Petal Card Extra Large Punch, this punch cuts and embosses in one go and it make the cutest little envelopes ready to be filled with miniature works of art.
Lastly we all played with the Distressing Kit and made this little beauty

You will probably recognise this as my own style  *smile*. This kit is amazing value you get 3 different colour ink with it and they blend together beautifully. We scrunched, sanded, inked and layered stamped images to create a lovely Vintage inspired card. Soft Suede Marina Mist and Whisper White.
Right time to love you and leave you Enjoy the video for the treat pouch below
 Till next time Hugs xx
