Mocha Morning papers

Happy New Week!!! hope you had a great weekend, I took some ME time as this was the only Free weekend this month, I have and will be working all the rest. So it was nice not to do very much other than cook like a woman possessed with the Thermie. I have made sauces to keep in the fridge for quick mid week meals, 3 batches of bread, a raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream,  soup, cottage cheese, coleslaw, plus some yummy dinners, and of course CADA every morning to start us off right, I loved it.

I am showing you a few more samples I had ready for my Catalogue Launch last week. It uses the most gorgeous set of papers, Mocha Morning Speciality.

Look at that fabulous brad !! I adore these and they are amazing value £5.50 for a pack of 20. And the trim Oh my!! do not ask me about that because I will bore you to death pronouncing my eternal love for it.

I hope you like my offering today and before I go I will explain a bit about my favourite breakfast at the minute CADA. Until I bought my Thermomix I have never heard of it but I had this nearly every morning since finding out, if you have a processor you will be able to make this and trust me you will find it hard to go back to muesli after tasting this.

cada 1

CADA stands for Coconut(desicated), Almonds, Dates and Apple fresh.

You need a small handful of each and one fresh apple, add everything to the Thermomix bowl and press turbo button for 2 seconds no more or you will end up with puree. If using a traditional food processor it will take you longer but just keep an eye on the texture.

I enjoy mine with a generous helping of creamy Greek yoghurt made in the Thermomix as well. Let me know if you try it.

See you again soon thank you for stopping by hugs Monica xxx
