Hello there, I am sorry I did mean to update you on Monday but life is just running away from me right now it seems.
Today is Sharni’s special day and just like always I made a card to send her.
Sharni loves yellow and this time I have paired So Saffron with Basic Gray. I do love these colours together I have to say.
I used the Fresh Vintage set, this is one of the FREE SAB sets. I used the fancy medallion stamp from the set to create an equally fancy border. I simply stamped in two colours(so saffron and basic gray) and cut the motifs in half before adding to a strip of Saffron card.
I have chosen to embellish the image and sentiment with a few rhinestones, Pearls would have worked as well but I think the rhinestones give the card a younger feel.

So I have left my marital bed and moved into the spare bedroom with the second love of my life *wink*. We are looking after Luca my 4 year old nephew for a full week and this is an important time as its the first time he has been away for so long from his parents. We are doing just fine so far.
Yesterday was our first full day of fun at Mimi’s house( that’s me).
The day started off with Luca not knowing that I had my camera out as soon as he woke up.
Look at that hair!!
Me: Luca?
Oooh the camera’s out. You can spot Lache (ted in Romanian) in the background, no sleep happens unless we have Lache with us.

He melts me with that smile, I even love the cheeky one below.

I think this must be a Ben 10 impression!! and the time this is all taking place at ? 6.30 am people!!!!
