Birthday Passionettes

Hello everyone hope you are well. I am so depressed by the awful weather we’ve been having and long for some sunshine. I am sat here working with thick socks and long sleeved jumpers on considering popping the heating on, I should not think about having the heating on in July!!

Anyway I have some lovely cards to brighten your day. This last week 3 of my lovely Passionettes celebrated birthdays and I am sharing the cards I have made for them.

However sadly I only have 2 out of 3 as little Luca managed to wipe out some of my photos from my phone so I can’t share Jules’s card Sad smile

Firstly is Kate’s card

I love the Twiterpated suite so much and I have used it constantly. Cannot get enough of it.

Here I used the Twiterpated papers together with the Mixed bunch stamp set and matching punch. The card base is Baja Breeze and the pink is Blushing bride. A scalloped mat in Pear Pizzaz pulls more colours found in the papers. You can spot some more of the gorgeous pleated ribbon and some of the free organza ribbon over the top.

The flower was stamped and punched out with the matching punch, sooo easy yet  it looks so good.

I snipped into the large bloom with super sharp snips from Stampin’Up! to form individual petals.

Rhinestones and a sentiment from Teeny Tiny wishes stamp set completes the card. I hope Kate liked it.

Next it was Erika who’s birthday was Sunday. I was worried about all these cards reaching the girls in time as I was posting them from London at the last minute, crafting while looking after Luca didn’t work as well as I expected it. i am pleased to say that it got there in time.

Erika love purple and I decided to use Everything Eleanor as this was the set I took with me to design my July class.

Everyday enchantment papers paired with Perfect Plum and Pool Party.

Adorning edeglits were used to add the pretty decorative edge and the envelope is a Stampin’Up! die that was cut and embossed using the Big Shot machine.

More of that gorgeous pleated ribbon found his way onto this card along with some yummy lace.

The sentiment is part of the Curlu Cute stamp set and I have used a very useful positioning tool called the stamp a Ma Jig to stamp my sentiment on two lines.

Here’s a close picture that shows you the beautiful flowers in this set

they were stamped and cut out by hand and the centres adorned with pretty self adhesive pearls.
