Hello there hope you’re well and your week is going well. Today I want to share with you some snippets of our Training Event on the 1st July. I love crafty get togethers and love getting together with my teamies and fellow demonstrators.
It was particularly exciting as my two good friends and French demos come to visit me and attend the training. Here’s Moira finishing off her swaps in my kitchen
On Saturday we had another of my good friends and fellow demo visit us my Convention roomie Zoe.
We did some crafting then we had a lovely lunch
then on our way back i had to pop into the shops for fresh milk and some goodies for the training day and while I was in the girls had a bit of fun on the wet street
LOL
and then on Sunday morning bright and early we set off for Peterborough.
And we pulled all the stops to decorate the room for our special guests LOL , the room before everyone arrived.
As well as our French guest we also had our Country manager Paula Gorry attend, Vanou loved her patriotic lunch bag
Soon the room is filling up.
And before long the day was underway.
Swapping
Crafting and having fun
Admiring the displays
Product display as well, Carole offers some fabulous business tools for demonstrators to help with their businesses.
Training and finding it hard to understand how on Earth you can work during your lunch break ? ( the French would NEVER do this so the moment had to be captured for eternity)
And before we knew it the day was over and it was time for our raffle prizes and goodbyes. Below you can see the lovely Bekka my lovely partner in crime organizing and running these events, she is one special lady and I am very grateful to know her.
Being a demonstrator has so many benefits and every single event is special and great fun. I always bang on about this but I feel so lucky to be able to do what I love, lucky to have made some really special friendships and lucky to share such happy memories with so many lovely people.
if you would like to find out more about becoming a demonstrator please do not hesitate to contact me, the benefits are great and if I can do it everyone can.
I want to introduce you to Anita one of our newest team members. Her proud up-upline my lovely downline Susan sent me this lovely picture, doesn’t she looks lovely in her Stampin’Up! apron?
I had the pleasure of meeting Anita she is a lovely and very talented crafter and really she is excited about her new venture. Her classes are very popular and she will be a fabulous demo I am sure. She lives in Mitcheldean so if you are in the area and want to check out her workshops out get in touch.
Gosh this has turned out into an almighty post hasn’t it? I want to share one of the projects we did on the day. Our theme was Christmas and here’s one of the cards we did highlighting the Ghosting technique.
Ridinghood Red, Shimmery Gold, Crumb cake and Very Vanilla.
The gold card was scalloped using the scallop trim border punch, the sentiment from Delightful Dozen cut out with the framelits and the Big shot machine from Stampin’Up! and the lovely poinsettia made using the 5 petal flower punch. The background was stamped with the Serene Snowflakes set.
Thank you for visiting me please come back tomorrow for more projects from our training. Hugs xx

IT was great to share the day with you Moira and Vanou. I really shouldn't run down wet streets though when folk have cameras out. Zx
