Birthday Passionette

Hellooooooooo, are you well? It’s Monday again but it’s a special Monday as today is Carole’s Happy Day!!!  And I can blog her card as she let me know that she received it :)

Carole is like me and loves the colour red so I happily obliged,  she also loves the clean and simple style of crafting and  unfortunately this year I was drawn to making a more vintagey card for her.

Here it is 

Yep is those Layered labels again, told you i couldn’t stop using them. Summer Starfruit one of the New In colours again this time paired with the Cherry cobbler, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.

Here’s a little close up of the Butterfly die cut medallion, I used the Bigz Die and the little butterfly sizzlet to layer the smaller flutters..

Carole always sends me a fab gift on my birthday every year and I like to return the favour. Here’s the packaging of her gift

Now I am pretty sure that it was Cherry Cobbler i used to make this, however but I was cooking this at 10pm one night last week so looking at the photo now I am not sure whether I got my colours wrong or whether its the camera that changed the colours for me.

I made loads of these scrunched up flowers and currently feel the need to pop them on everything :)

Here’s  a closer view of the layered labels and a new die cut shape that will appear in the new Annual catalogue.

Love that Starfruit colour!!! yummy Oh and let’s not forget about the Pearls and vintage faceted buttons, they are just like big diamonds, love them as well.
