Luca is turning 5 soon….

Hello there, I hope you are not being blown about by gale force winds like we are here, it’s been lovely and  sunny and really warm through glass but very very windy and chilly outside brrr autumn is coming now you can smell it in the air.

I am sharing Luca’s invites today, he decided to have a Dinosaur themed Party which really pleased me  as we went through having a Cars theme (imagine that!!) to a Ben10 theme and when it came to the crunch time it became a Dinosaur party, phew Dino Roar saved the day, I would have had to get ingenious with punches otherwise.

Here’s what I come up with

luca's invites

Pool party, Gumball Green, pumpkin Pie and Early Espresso. For me the star of the invite is that gorgeous stamped number, how gorgeous is that font? It belongs to another new set coming soon called Memorable Moments. The dinos from Dino Roar stamp set were stamped one in gumball green the other in basic black and coloured in using reinkers and a aquapainter. when Luca stopped with me I got him to colour in some dinos and I thought of using them for the invites but I think I threw them out(I know)  as I couldn’t find them anymore :(.

And here’s the other side

luca's invites text

I made a bit of a boo boo with the measurement, initially  I wanted a pocket style invite however I printed my information to big and I wasn’t going to print them again so I turned them into one layer and added all the info on the back.

One little excited boy declared that they are  FANTASTIC!! (his own words) so I’ll take that as job well done. Mum-osaurus was pleased with them as well LOL

Right off I go now see you tomorrow with some festive samples from our training last week. Thank you for stopping by till next time big hugs xxx
