World Play and Open Sea Masculine

Hey !! IT’S FRIDAAAAAY:) and I am blogging a bit later than expected. Today was all hands on deck to finish preparing for our Big Quarterly Training session this Sunday, Netty one of my lovely team mates came round to help me and in 2.5 hours we blitzed the lot, we worked real fast :) and we did it all, thank you Netty :) .

Today project is another masculine one, I think this was a card I designed for our card Club back in February. It uses the World play and Open Sea stamp sets.

Yummy colours, Marina Mist, Soft Suede, Real Red and Very Vanilla.

My brain hurts and I forgot what this designer paper is called and I am to lazy to look it up *sorry*. I could turn it into a challenge, the first person to  leave a comment with the name of  it wins a little prize, I’m so clever (and modest) see what I did here? now go grab your catalogue :)

For the main panel I simply stamped the images and sentiment on top of each other, I think its called collage stamping. Then for my manly embellishment I simply stamped and cut the anchor from the Open Sea set. I decided to attach it to the linen ribbon with a cute little safety pin. They are antiqued and perfect for men, they are worth it to :)

This post is a bit short as I need a warm bath, a clean pair of pyjamas and my lap tray to finish off my masculine swaps for Sunday, this way I can RELAX and DO NOTHING tomorrow :)

I wish you a fabulous weekend and I thank you for stopping by :)

Big hugs xxx

  2. Great male card Monica. The dsp is from the very lovely Comfort Cafe and I must admit that it is the reverse side of this one that I really love - in fact have ordered a second pack of it. No prize necessary for me as I am too far away and looking at your lovely creations is pleasure enough.
