Hello, hello :) I am travelling back home today so I am being extra quick with this post.
I am sharing the table number I decided upon for my USA Convention display.
I love making cakes and I don’t think I made a paper one before. It was a mini cake and it turned out really cute :).
Each layer was embossed and the pretty ruffled ribbon was used to hide the seam and add extra interest to the plain tiers.
The Simply Pressed Clay roses were moulded by hand and the flowers were made from rolling up the ruffled ribbon :)
All my display was based around the New In colours. I set the cake onto a scallop circle cut from Champagne Glimmer paper, gorgeous paper for adding a bit of glamour to your works of art.
I shall hopefully blog again tomorrow, I have team training tonight and I am really looking forward seeing everyone again.
Big hugs and thank you fro your visit :)
Ooooh, this is gorgeous - the pretty design and the colours too. Thank you for sharing this.

ReplyDeleteMonica, that so totally does not look like paper! This has to be my all time favourite project that you have shared. I've been a blog visitor for quite some time now. How adorable are those for centrepieces? Awesome job!
ReplyDeleteHow cute...
ReplyDeleteVery cute cake....looks good enough to eat but that would ruin it which would be tragic so good thing that it's paper and can last a long time!
