I do hope your week is going swimmingly well, it seems I don’t get a chance to blog earlier than after tea time so I am just going to go with that versus not blogging at all.
At last I got a chance to edit the first few photos for my December Daily. You can see the covers for my book in a previous post, and today I am sharing day 1 and 2 with you.
And day one was all about the first card we received this year, I chose it because it is stunning and because it literally arrived on the last day of November. And if you’re based in the UK you might want to know that this is no ordinary card, it is a handcrafted Marks n Spencer’s card :). The reindeer reminds me of a stamp Stampin'Up! used to sell called Dasher.
The antlers were cut from a glitter card similar to Stampin’Up’s glimmer paper so I’ve added a few strip of it to my page.
Now Day 2 has a totally different feel and day 3 will be a coordinating page will be designed to go with it. Here it is
I am literally chomping at the bit to start decorating our home but we never do so before Pete’s Birthday (dec 6), the weekend after his Birthday is when we usually go and choose our tree then the decorating stats.
I did however put out two little trees that I bought from Ikea not so long ago. They are bare at the minute but I quite like the way they look in our kitchen. Well there you have it my first 2 pages all done. Only 29 left to do *yiikes*, and I am off now nearly 2 hours after I started writing this blog*sigh* Masterchef is about to start and and I cannot miss that :) love Adam so far.

I'm loving your book Monica. My tree never goes up till mid month and leave it up till 12th night but everything else especially cards have to be down by New Year so I can put my birthday ones up!
