Sprinkled Expression.. Baby wipe technique

Hello there I am back today with a card I demonstrated last week at Anne’s workshop. I have used the Sprinkled expression a set you can get free during Sale a bration period by placing a £45 order.
baby wipe_
I adore that sentiment, and can think of so many people I could use it for. The multitone effect was achieved by adding a few drops of reinker onto a folded baby wipe to create a rainbow inkpad. You then ink the stamp onto it and voila fabulous multitonal result.
This set is very clever love how the tiny flowers were cut from the big flower  and sprinkled on the outside of the image really sweet and these images lend themselves to all sorts of techniques. The colour combo is a great one that I have used in the past, Elegant Eggplant, Melon Mambo and Old Olive.  A tiny rhinestone has been placed in the middle of one flower. The oval frame around it provides extra interest and texture.

Birthday Passionette- Fresh vintage SAB sneak peek

Hello there, how are you today? are you having a nice relaxing weekend? I am clearing out my stamp room this morning as lots happened in the last few weeks and is overdue for good clear out then later tonight I have a movie date with hubs.
Today is Louise’s Happy Day and I hope she will enjoy a fabby day spoilt with lots of lovely surprises.
Louise likes green and I started with some Lucky Limeade card stock.
lou's hb
and that’s where the green stopped LOL>I am not sure why but I just didn’t like the card if I tried adding more green which I thought it needed for a bit of balance. I tried adding in and couldn’t make it work so I just carried on without any more green, I do hope Lou likes her card Smile.
It uses THREE (talk about being excited about new product)  new Sale a bration items that you can earn for FREE with a order of £45.  I adore this year’s choice of Free stamp sets and I cannot wait to show you more.
The motifs are part of a set called Fresh Vintage and I let out a small squeal when I realised that they fit perfectly inside the solid layer of our triple doily punch, how lucky is that?  as soon as that light bulb went off I based my entire design around it. I love how arranging them in a grid created a wonderful pattern on the front of the card.
The sentiment comes from a set called Outlined Occasions and this is such a sweet set. Lots of colouring opportunities with this set. I used a two tone approach here, I used Peach Parfait for the lower half and then went over the top half with Poppy Parade.
lou's close
Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Pool Party all the *P’s* were the colours added to the lucky limeade base. A double bow in pool party ruffled ribbon topped with a antique brad completes the very symmetrical design.
What do you think? I do hope Lou likes it, I certainly do.
Right pop back tomorrow  as a few of us  Passionttes have organized a mini blog hop and you will get to see more upcoming SAB sets featured for you to choose from when making your wish lists.
Thank you for stopping by have a wonderful Sunday and big hugs xxx
