Dragonfly Dreams with Free Delicate Lace

Hello there,

Time to share another project with you and this time I am showcasing a card I crafted while on a beautiful holiday to Cuba last November. We took a two weeks break escaping the winter cold and oh, how I wish I was there now..

Sadly I'm stuck here in the grim UK with only the photos<3 nbsp="" p=""> so they will have to do. I usually take a few crafty bits with me if we go away for longer than a week, in case the weather is bad or just for something different to do on a quiet evening while enjoying a glass of wine.
One of the sets I took, was the Dragonfly Dreams and paired it here with the Delicate Details stamp set  (a set you can choose for free from the Sale a Bration leaflet ).

Pretty card and pretty spectacular view don't you agree?  The gorgeous lace strips were inked in Crushed Curry ink, the bee stamped in black and lightly coloured and the dots were totally inspired by a card Michelle Last my friend and fellow demo created and were the perfect added touch.

You can't really see that well but this card has quite a bit of sparkle added. I added some glue in between the lace strips and sprinkled some dazzling diamonds glitter over them.

I definitely wish I was there right now :) What do you think? nice and simple but quite cute in my opinion.

Before I sign off, do you remember last Friday I mentioned something related to craft spaces? Well I am beyond excited and just have to share with you. Two years ago we moved into our dream home, now all of that sounds exciting but unfortunately we bought the worst house on the best street and slowly we are remodelling parts and making it our own. SO much work still left even thought we carried out load already. One of the reasons we bought the house was definitely the beautiful brick built Summer House at the bottom of the garden which screamed STUDIO !!! You can see it in the background past my little Olly bear ( no other before pictures sorry).

Sadly the once beautiful living space was ruined by neglect and some bad decorating decisions from the previous owner and it more or less needs a total gut job. Well the good news is that as of this week this space is our priority and work have started to have this transformed into my dream studio. As you can imagine the excitement is through the roof but boy the reality is cruel. This was yesterday view

At the end of today it looks like this

Yiikes, PRAY for me please <3 nbsp="" p="">
Thank you for joining me, hope to see you again soon with some more updates. Till then
xoxo
